Processing Time

• The time needed to fill an order varies from 1-14 days. For details, see individual items.

Estimated shipping times

• All shipping is sent through the USPS, shipping times depend on the USPS operating at full capacity.
• North America: 3-10 days
• I do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
• Items marked “delivered” by the USPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations. 

Shipping address

• Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed. 

Customs and import taxes

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Tortoise Designs will not be held responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and exchanges

• I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
• Contact me within 3 days of delivery
• Ship items back within 7 days of delivery
• Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
• Cancellation is not possible once the item has been shipped
• Conditions of return
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

Retailers are permitted to resell Tortoise Designs products in their own brick and mortar store or on their own independent website. Retailers are not permitted to resell Tortoise Designs products on Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, or other similar marketplaces. Retailers are permitted, however to give items away for free with orders from those marketplaces.
